    How do I wash my shapewear?

    You can wash your shapewear in the washing machine, but make sure the wash cycle is gentle, like the one you'd use for cashmere or silk. If you can, try to hand wash it from time to time, it will last longer! - Please, NO DRYERS. Make sure you air-dry your shapewear to preserve the elasticity of the fabric as best as possible. ūüĎĆ

    How can I return or exchange an item?

    Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day the item is delivered.

    We will accept any and all returns for all undamaged items within those 30 days, as we own several warehouses please get in touch to find the nearest location. Please understand that the shipping cost will be at your expense if the product is sent to you in good condition.

    If the product arrives defective or in the wrong size, please attach an image showing the problem when you contact us. Once we verify the problem, we will offer you a refund or a new shipment, as you prefer.

    We offer immediate order cancellations up to 24 hours after purchase. If you change your mind during that time, send us a message and we will cancel it. We will refund you in full as soon as we receive your request.

    If more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of the order. Once you receive it, that's when you can decide to return it.

    What happens if the item I ordered is damaged or lost?

    We primarily ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Europe & Eastern Asia. If the item you've purchased is out of stock in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines via First Class shipping.
